How much does a flight cost? |

The prices listed on our website and our advertisements are base fares excluding airport taxes and additional surcharges. You can search for ticket fares for our current flights from the “Fast Flight Search” menu on the website, without any obligation. Only a limited number of seats are reserved for our cheapest tariffs. The remaining seats cost relatively more but are also rated on an attractive tariff.

You will receive a booking reference number after you have filled out and confirmed payment details. The booking reference number finalizes your booking. You can view all information on our pages with no obligations, without filling out and confirming your payment details.

Yes, your booking will be confirmed with an e-mail. We therefore recommend that you provide a valid and correct e-mail address. You will receive a booking reference number after you have booked your flight. Make a note of this number as it identifies your personal and flight information.

The airlines company you have preferred for your flight is a ticketless airline, i.e. we do not issue flight tickets. You therefore will not receive any tickets from us. The only thing you will need at the airport is the reservation number (booking reference) you have received and a valid passport or ID card.

The flight times are mentioned on your confirmation. These times are, however, subject to change. We will endeavour to inform you if there are any changes to your flight schedule. However, you remain responsible for obtaining the correct flight times and flight numbers. Therefore you can contact our call center for confirmation about your flight date and flight time or contact your airport of departure.

No, you cannot reserve a seat before your flight. You may choose your seat at check-in.

Which documents do I need to have when travelling? |

When travelling to Turkey, you need have your Dutch passport, Belgian travel pass or a European Union identity card with you. All these documents should be valid for a time span of at least three months from your return date onwards.

Do I have to apply for a visa? |

Yes, Dutch or Belgian passport (or travel card) holders need a visa upon arrival in Turkey. Visas can be obtained at every airport in Turkey with no further formalities. To apply for a visa, you need to go to the visa counter before passport control and submit a fee of 10 € per person. In case you do not have a Dutch or Belgian passport (or travel card,) please consult the embassy before your travel and obtain information about required travel documents and visa regulations.

How much baggage am I allowed to take? |

Per person you can take one piece of hand baggage maximum 5 kg and maximum dimension 50 x 35 x 23 cm. Furthermore you can take 25 kg checked baggage for Istanbul flights with Corendon Airlines (all other flights 20 kg). Babies don’t have free baggage. For excess baggage there is a fee of 5 EUR per kg with Corendon Airlines and 6 EUR per kg with Transavia (fee for one way only). For other airline companies, please check with the airline company itself.

Pregnant passengers are accepted on board up to 28 weeks of their pregnancy without a medical health certificate. A medical health certificate confirming that the passenger is fit enough to fly is needed when traveling between the 28th and 35th week. This medical clearance should be issued within 7 days prior the day of departure. Pregnant passengers cannot be accepted on board during or after their 35th week of their pregnancy.
Note: Pregnant passengers should give pre-information concerning their pregnancy to our service personnel at the check-in desk.

What should I do in case of lost or damaged baggage? |

If your baggage is lost or damaged during the flight, notify the authorized personnel of the company immediately after landing. Demand a report stating that your baggage got lost or damaged (P.I.R. report). You will not be able to make a claim without this report. Also make sure that you inform your insurance company immediately. You will need to present the original invoice(s) of the lost/damaged baggage in order to make a claim.
